Orange Slovensko offers you prepaid SIM cards with 10 GB of data and a credit worth € 2 completely free of charge. You can get it by proving a Ukrainian ID (passport, ID card, residence permit). Orange offers free calls to Ukraine and free services (voice, sms, data) when roaming in Ukraine.
O2 offers the citizens of Ukraine close to the border and in any O2 Store free O2 SIM cards “SIM Freedom” with a € 5 credit and a free package of 15 GB of data per month. Calls and messages to Ukraine at EU-like prices are included.
Mobile operator 4ka also distributes SIM cards to clients for free at the border, you just need a passport. It provides unlimited data for 30 days, and does not rule out that the offer will be extended. Until the appeal, they reduced the price of calls and SMS from the Slovak Republic to Ukraine by half. A minute call costs 0.24 euro and an SMS 0.10 euro.
Slovak Telekom offers SIM cards with a subscription profile to Ukrainians at the border. It also offers a 10-euro credit and clients can use it to activate, for example, a data package. They also provided all their customers with free calls and messaging from Slovakia to Ukraine.
